How do you work with ongoing clients?
Our ongoing clients typically engage based on a standalone grant/incentive research project that produces a grant strategy document and a funding matrix. Our onboarding for ongoing clients starts with a kickoff call to review the grant research strategy document, confirm funding priorities, and next steps. We also establish a monthly cadence for update calls in the kickoff call. All materials are housed in a secured, centralized shared drive to allow real-time collaboration.
