• Application Development/Submission: We write and develop foundation, state, and federal grant applications on your behalf and oversee the submission process.
• Funding Prioritization: We help prioritize funding opportunities based on project fit, deadlines, and timelines.
• Ongoing Grant Monitoring: Acting as your outsourced grants department, we continuously track grant and incentive opportunities—especially valuable for multi-state operations.
• Grant Readiness Support: We assess your grant readiness, provide templates, and coach your team to reduce effort in federal applications.
• Monthly Strategy Meetings: We hold monthly reviews to evaluate opportunities, prioritize funding efforts, and refine your strategy for maximum success.
• Funding Strategy Execution and Adjustment: In collaboration with your team, we execute your funding strategy and adjust it monthly based on evolving opportunities.

A variety of services that are offered a-la-cart as a single engagement/project. This includes grant research, strategic plan development, single grant application review and editing, market research, and other services that could be considered to be standalone with a specific objective and deliverable.

• Core Business Document Development: We will help you develop/refine critical strategic business documentation such as strategic plans, business plans, pitch decks, etc.
• Application Review:We will provide feedback, scoring, and editing of a foundation, state, and federal grant application you have developed.
• Market Research: We will conduct research for specific trends and insights from the market for your industry, potential new avenues for projects, reshoring opportunities, and more.
• Application Development/Submission: A single grant application/submission project can be considered for a standalone service on a case-by-case basis. In general, grant writing services are only available via an ongoing consulting package.

Coaching services that can be purchased in increments of 30hrs, 60hrs, 100 hours. Unlike consulting, coaching services are predicated on you and your team doing the work of research, writing, etc. and our team providing feedback on fit and alignment of opportunities you have identified, scoring and editing of proposals/application you have developed, coaching and preparation for meetings with partners/funders, helping develop your funding strategy, and prioritizing funding efforts. For example, your team would be responsible for drafting an application. Lakeview would then score and provide feedback and some editing of the application and help coach you through the process for submitting through the applicable grant submission portal once the proposal is finalized.

Membership plans are available for individual businesses, MEP Centers, and trade associations. The membership program offers a variety of services and resources to support those who are not ready to engage with Lakeview for a full project or ongoing contract, or who just need access to curated resources and coaching to help them develop and execute their funding strategy on their own.
